YOGA SADHANA DAY
Next date to come!!

Sadhana साधना :: Path to Realisation, Means of Attainment
Centred around the practice.
Our Sadhana Day Retreats are opportunities for you to create time and space to deepen your practice and self knowledge. These days will be led by Shakti Den teachers & practitioners and at times guest facilitators that align with our intentions and values.
Each Sadhana Day will be created and attuned to the current energetics of the moment, acknowledging our place within the natural rhythms of the Earth and Stars. This not only honours the cyclical wisdom of our reality but invites us to explore our practice and life with different perspectives each time.
